Teaching
I am the program director of the master program (MSc) in Transport & Supply Chain Management, School of Business and Economics, VU Amsterdam. In addition, I am currently responsible for the following courses:
- Integer Linear Programming (Research Master program in Business Data Science)
- Decomposition Methods (Research Master program in Business Data Science)
- Decision Making in Supply Chains (MSc in Transport & Supply Chain Management)
In the past, I have taught a variety of courses for bachelor, master, and PhD students at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, School of Business and Economics, the University of Vienna (Faculty of Business, Economics, and Statistics) and the Vienna University of Technology (Faculty of Computer Science). These included Supply Chain Management in Emerging Economies, Mathematical Programming, Operations Research II, Decision Support, Linear, Nonlinear, and Integer Optimization, Optimization under Uncertainty, Advanced Optimization, Game Theory, Graph Algorithms and Network Flows, or (Introduction to) Business Mathematics. Finally, I have also been a lecturer at the 8th Winter School on Network Optimization (Netopt 2019) in Estoril, Portugal.
